How do I get started?

First, you should take a peek at my terms of design. Next, fill out the order form to let me know what you're interested in. I will contact you within 1 business day with a final quote, deposit invoice, and a creative brief for you to fill out. This document must be completed and your full payment must be made before your start date. When your start date arrives, I will review your completed creative brief and get to work on your design proofs. Once the proofs are ready, I will contact you regarding revisions and installation or pickup.

How long is the wait?

It varies depending on when you place your order. Your wait time begins once your deposit is received. To find out where you will land on the waiting list, check out my schedule page. This is a good estimate of what your start date will be. It may not be entirely accurate if I have other orders waiting in my inbox that I haven't added to the waiting list yet but I do update this list everyday.

How long does it take once you start?

Each project is different. Some projects need more exploration than others so they obviously take more time. Plan for about 1 to 3 weeks from start to finish as an average.

How and when do I pay?

You will be required to make an initial 50% non-refundable deposit in order to be placed on my schedule. Once it's time for me to begin your design, I'll send over an invoice for your remaining balance. When the invoice is paid in full, I will begin your design. All invoicing & payments are completed through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay your invoice.

Will I be able to change the photos in my header on my own?

Your header is simply a flat image that I have created, so you will not be able to change out photos on your own. When you're ready, contact me for a header update and I'll switch them out for you. I charge a fee of $40 to cover my time for this service.

Can I use the blog header or etsy banner that you created for me on my business materials?

Please do not try this. The web graphics I create do not have the correct resolution to look good in any printed form. If you'd like a graphic that you can print on cards, invoices, labels, etc., let me know and we can create a logo for you which is much larger and perfect for printing.

What hours do you work?

Since I am a wife and mama first, my hours have to remain flexible enough to take care of my family's needs. I am in the office almost every morning and check my email throughout the day. I may not respond immediately, but rest assured that I see your email pretty much immediately after it is received. I do not work on weekends.
